Andrew Spear

Andrew Spear is a seasoned professional in civil engineering, currently serving as Vice President and Senior Project Manager in Transportation at Dibble Engineering since June 1994. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Project Manager at NBS/Lowry, Inc. from May 1987 to June 1994 and began their career as an Assistant Engineer at JR Engineering from May 1985 to May 1987. Andrew's early experience includes a summer internship as a Surveyor in 1985 and 1986, followed by an Assistant Engineer role from October 1986 to May 1987. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines between 1982 and 1986.
