Justin Rangus is an accomplished Senior Project Designer at Dibble since August 2018, with a strong background in civil design accumulated over many years. Prior positions include Civil Designer at EPS Group, Inc. from August 2017 to August 2018 and IMEG Corp from October 2013 to August 2017. Justin also served as CAD Team Lead at HILGARTWILSON, LLC and CMX, and as Lead Drafting Technician at Hobbs Upchurch & Associates earlier in the career. Expertise encompasses preparing technical drawings for water and wastewater treatment facilities, along with creating topographical maps and site plans. Justin holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural and Engineering Drafting Technology from Augusta Technical College, attained between 2000 and 2002.
