Marco Aldaz

Marco Aldaz is a dedicated civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Arizona. Currently serving as an Assistant Flood Control Engineer at Dibble since May 2022, Marco brings prior experience as a Civil Engineer in Training at Sustainability Engineering Group, LLC and as a Hydrology Intern at Pima County Regional Flood Control District, where contributions included identifying drainage networks and leading improvements to SCS Curve Number tools. Additional experience includes a Drainage Intern position at WSP USA, where Marco worked on plan development and addressed design change notices, as well as serving as a Mathematics Tutor in the TRiO ASEMS Program, fostering students' understanding of mathematical concepts.
