Peter Okopny is an experienced project manager with a robust background in engineering and project management within the construction and rehabilitation sectors. Since October 2006, Peter has held the position of Rehabilitation Project Manager at Dibble Engineering, overseeing wastewater pipeline rehabilitation projects, including bid proposals, field surveys, and contractor coordination. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Project Engineer at Insituform Technologies from 2004 to September 2006, focusing on various aspects of wastewater projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at The Conti Group from 1999 to 2004 and at Kiewit from 1997 to 1999, where responsibilities encompassed project management support through surveys, procurement, and compliance monitoring. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned between 1995 and 1997.
