Seth Chalmers, PE has over 35 years of experience in the field of traffic engineering. Seth currently serves as the Director of Traffic Engineering at Dibble Engineering. Prior to that, they were the Division Manager of the Traffic Engineering Division at the Pima County Department of Transportation. Seth also has a strong background in managing and leading engineering firms, having served as the President and Principal Engineer at both Chalmers Engineering Services Inc. and Task Engineering. Seth has worked on various projects throughout their career, including managing the design of traffic control, pavement marking, and lighting plans for major highways and intersections. Seth's expertise also includes traffic studies, plan development, safety evaluations, and specifications writing.

Seth Chalmers, PE completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1980 to 1982. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Engineering from Phoenix College, where they attended from 1977 to 1980.
