Susan Detwiler

Susan Detwiler started their work experience in 1996 as an intern at ADOT. Susan worked there from May 1996 to December 1999. In 2000, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Dibble, where they have been working since then.

Susan Detwiler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Susan completed their degree from 1995 to 1999. In June 2004, Susan also obtained a certification as a Registered Professional Civil Engineer from the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
