Tim Wolfe is the Transportation Practice Leader at Dibble Engineering, a position held since 2014. Prior to this role, Tim accumulated extensive experience at the Arizona Department of Transportation, serving as Project Supervisor, Project Director, District Engineer, Transportation Engineering Associate, Assistant State Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Project Manager. Tim began their career as a Research Assistant at ASU/ADOT from 1984 to 1986. Tim holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University.
