Wayne Oakes 🏻

Wayne Oakes is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Dice Consulting Engineers, where they have guided the company's strategic direction and growth since its inception in 2018. They hold a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Derby and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering. With over 16 years of experience in engineering, Wayne has successfully built a consultancy focused on client experiences and innovative solutions. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys cycling and spending time with their young son.
