Brett Baker has extensive work experience in the field of telephony software engineering and system administration. Brett started their career in 2011 as a Technical Support Specialist at Ellucian and continued in this role until 2013. In 2014, Brett joined IPtelX and DICE Corporation, where they served as a Telephony Software Engineer and System Administrator. These roles continue to the present day.
Brett Baker completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Davenport University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from Delta College, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Brett also obtained the CompTIA Network + certification from CompTIA in 2014.
