Dick White Academy (DWA) is an independent veterinary nurse training provider delivering Level 2 Veterinary Care Support and Level 3 Diploma programmes across the UK. 

We work with over 140 apprentices and learners, delivering high-quality training in a supportive, small-group environment where every learner is known and valued.

Founded in 2016, we’ve grown twenty-fold while staying true to our values of kindness, support, and resilience. These values shape not only how we teach but also how we work with students, employers, and colleagues.

Our approach delivers results:

• 100% pass rates across multiple Level 3 OSCE cohorts
• 100% pass rate when delivering our previous Level 2 Veterinary Care Support programme
• QAR consistently above 80%, exceeding national averages
• Employer partnerships expanded ten-fold, with independent practices at the heart of our community
• 100% staff “very happy” satisfaction, supported by a culture of care and flexibility

Alongside our apprenticeship programmes, we offer a growing CPD programme and a vibrant Alumni Association, which celebrates graduates’ successes and fosters professional connections.
