Hendi Astono

Hendi Astono has a diverse background in technology sales, warranty management, and product development. Beginning a career as a Senior Architect at Rematha Daksa Optima from 2005 to 2008, Hendi transitioned to Online Centre P/L as a Tech Sales/Warranty Officer from May 2008 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing product warranty returns and processing tech sales. Subsequently, from April 2011 to June 2018, Hendi served as Returns/Warranty Manager at Mwave Australia, focusing on ERP analysis and product failure reporting to secure distributor incentives. Hendi also worked briefly as a Software Specialist at Dicker Data in June 2019 and took on the role of Assistant Product Manager, aiding in market trend assessments and pricing strategies.
