Leanne Ralph

Leanne Ralph is a Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary, and governance advisor with extensive experience in ASX-listed entities. A Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, they hold a Bachelor of Business with Accounting and Finance majors from the University of Technology Sydney.
