Joe Y. has over 18 years of experience in information systems and technology support. At Analysts International Corporation from 2000 to 2005, Joe served as a Voice/Data Cable Installer and Help Desk professional. Following this, Joe worked at Plunkett & Cooney, P.C. from 2005 to May 2008 in a Help Desk role. From June 2011 to June 2018, Joe was employed at Dickinson Wright PLLC, first as a Senior Systems Analyst responsible for administering over 1000 mobile devices and managing North American telecommunication accounts. Joe also took on roles as a Help Desk Specialist, providing support to over 500 attorneys and staff, and as a Security Analyst, where responsibilities included maintaining phone systems, switches, routers, firewalls, and a Network Access Control system, while also being an active member of the firm's ISO security group.
