Dr. Keith Weiss serves as Of Counsel (Intellectual Property) at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where they apply over two decades of experience in corporate research and development to the field of intellectual property law. Their extensive expertise encompasses advanced materials, technology licensing, and R&D management across various industries, including automotive and aerospace. Previously, Dr. Weiss was an Intellectual Property Attorney at Brinks Gilson and Lione and held roles as a Project Chemist and Senior Scientist. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Florida and a J.D. from Cooley Law School.
