Mark Wilson is a Member at Dickinson Wright PLLC, currently serving as the Chair of the Health Care Group. With a focus on healthcare transactions, both large and small, Mark has been the General Counsel at Covenant Health System since 2019 and has played a pivotal role in numerous healthcare initiatives, including the establishment of multi-specialty group practices and large outpatient surgical centers in Southeast Michigan. Previously, Mark was the Health Section Leader and Senior Partner at Miller Canfield from 2004 to 2012. They hold an A.B. in Journalism from the University of Michigan and both a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Boston University School of Law and Wayne State University Law School, respectively.
