Stephen Jaggers

Stephen Jaggers serves as the Manager of Corporate Services at Dickinson Wright since April 2024, responsible for overseeing the corporate services department. Previous experience includes roles as a Corporate Law Clerk at Torys LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP, DLA Piper (Canada) LLP, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, focusing on corporate transactions and tax matters. Stephen has also held management positions at Birch Hill Equity Partners, overseeing legal services for investment portfolios, and at McCarthy Tétrault, leading a team of paraprofessionals. Additional experience includes contract management at Q9 Networks and a role as a Senior Corporate Law Clerk at Peerage Capital, managing a portfolio of over 200 entities. Stephen's education includes degrees in Law from Seneca College and ILCO from Seneca Polytechnic.
