Todd Baxter

Todd Baxter is a construction lawyer and litigator, currently serving as General Counsel for the Arizona Builders Alliance. They have represented clients in various construction and complex commercial litigations and have extensive experience in mediation and arbitration. Todd began their legal career as an attorney at Mariscal Weeks McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A. in 2006, which later merged with Dickinson Wright, PLLC, where they became a member and Construction Group Practice Chair in 2014. They hold a Doctor of Law degree from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of South Dakota.
