Wendy Hulton is a Senior Regulatory and Employment Law Lawyer and Senior Partner at Dickinson Wright LLP, where they have practiced since 2013. With over 30 years of experience, Wendy previously spent nearly 25 years as a Partner at Miller Thomson LLP. They specialize in employment, cybersecurity, privacy, and various regulatory matters, advising clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. As the Chair of DW's Privacy and Cybersecurity working group, Wendy provides strategic legal guidance to help organizations navigate the complexities of Canadian law, including the Food and Drugs Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
