Jonathan Snipe

Jonathan Snipe is currently the Common Purpose Director at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where they focus on creating a winning culture through effective leadership and team development. Previously, they served as an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's from 2013 to 2018, where they successfully changed the culture in under-performing stores, driving significant improvements in sales, associate engagement, and customer satisfaction. Jonathan also held roles at The Home Depot and Finish Line, contributing to operational efficiency and team morale. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina-Columbia and the Darla Moore School of Business in 2013.
