Phil Getchell is a Data Analytics Leader with over 15 years of experience in data governance and analytics excellence. They have held roles at Erie Insurance Group, including Analytics Manager and Data & Analytics Director, where they focused on enhancing customer experience and driving data quality across the organization. Currently, Phil serves as Senior Manager of Customer Data Analytics at DICK'S Sporting Goods, while previously working as Multi-Channel Analytics Senior Manager at Main Street America Insurance. Phil earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has advanced studies in Industrial/Organizational-Social Psychology from Illinois State University.
