Dilara Balkac

Dilara Balkac is a skilled UX professional with extensive experience in user experience design, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as People Lead and Senior User Experience Designer at diconium since February 2021, Dilara has previously held significant roles, including Sr. UX Architect at MagiClick Digital and Sr. UX Designer at Experience One and C3 Creative Code and Content GmbH. With a strong background in analyzing user needs, managing complex projects, and developing UX strategies across digital platforms, particularly in the banking and finance sector, Dilara has demonstrated expertise in guiding the end-to-end UX process and mentoring team members.
