Cem Dillioglugil is currently a Technical Lead at Diconium, where they focus on fostering efficient collaboration to achieve project goals. They previously held the position of Sub Project Manager at FEV Europe GmbH, overseeing functional development within an agile Scrum process. Prior experience includes software development as a Development Engineer at IAV GmbH, where Cem specialized in electric drive applications and functional safety. Cem began their engineering journey with a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technische Universität München, following a foundational education at Istanbul Lisesi. Their career began with an internship at ARÇELİK AŞ, conducting patent research on induction heating.
