Eva Gabriel

Eva Gabriel currently serves as Principal People Development at diconium, a role held since October 2015, contributing expertise in talent management, leadership, agile coaching, and cultural development within the Volkswagen Car Software Organization. Prior to this position, Eva held multiple director of human resources roles at companies including dmc digital media center GmbH, AKAD Bildungsgesellschaft mbH, and living systems AG, accumulating extensive experience in human resources management from April 2002 to September 2015 and November 1997 to March 2002, respectively. Eva Gabriel holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tourism and Human Resources from Berufsakademie Ravensburg, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
