Lena Giannone

Lena Giannone has been with diconium digital solutions since February 2010, advancing through several key roles to become the Director of the Project Management Office in April 2015. In this position, Lena leads the Project Management Office, focusing on strategic development, team expansion, and the creation of ad-hoc analyses for management decision-making. Prior roles include Manager PMO, where Lena was instrumental in establishing the PMO and optimizing project management standards, and management assistant, contributing to KPI implementation and productivity analysis. Lena started as a Team Assistant, facilitating the establishment of the Berlin location and recruiting new employees, and previously served as an Executive Assistant, managing correspondence and event planning for senior management. Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, attained between 2014 and 2017.
