Maik Scheele

Maik Scheele is an expert partner at diconium, responsible for agile transformation since March 2021. With over 20 years of experience, Maik has facilitated team and organizational development to enhance collaboration and improve product and service delivery. Prior to diconium, Maik operated as an Agile Coach and Project Manager at Maik Scheele Consulting, focusing on SAFe methodologies and innovation facilitation from January 2017 to February 2021. As Head of PMO for HeidelbergCement from May 2010 to December 2016, Maik established the PMO, defined project management guidelines, and led international rollouts. Teaching project management and controlling at Hochschule Ludwigshafen and holding managerial roles at BearingPoint further underscores Maik’s extensive expertise in project management, consulting, and agile methodologies, all supported by a degree in Geodesy from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
