Mats Silvander

Mats Silvander has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mats currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at Dicot AB since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Novavax AB from February 2019 to July 2023, where they served as the Contact Material Compliance Manager and then as the Director of Operations. From August 2016 to March 2019, Mats was the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at BioGaia AB. Before that, they worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Aerosol Scandinavia from March 2012 to August 2016, where they managed the product development and quality assurance departments and also oversaw the patent portfolio. Mats also has experience as the Manager of Pharmaceutical Development at Apotek, produktion och laboratorier APL from an unspecified date in 2011 until March 2012. Mats worked as the Development Manager/Quality Manager at Ponsus Pharma AB from September 2009 to July 2011 and as the Vice President of Product Development at Quinnova Pharmaceuticals Inc from September 2007 to August 2009. Mats began their career as an Independent Consultant, specializing in formulation, from May 2002 to September 2007.

Mats Silvander obtained their PhD in Physical Chemistry from Uppsala University, graduating between 1994 and 1999.
