Christopher Shymansky

Christopher Shymansky has a diverse work experience in various fields. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the Joint BioEnergy Institute, specifically in the Quantitative Metabolic Modeling group. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Research Assistant at the Joint BioEnergy Institute. In 2017, they joined Insight Data Science as a Health Data Science Fellow. Their most recent role was as a Data Scientist at Dictionary.com, where they worked from 2018 onwards. During their time at Dictionary.com, Christopher was involved in multiple projects including building APIs, developing word complexity metrics, creating custom text datasets, and clustering dictionary term categories. Christopher also worked on data ETL pipelines and web data scraping.

Christopher Shymansky's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine between 2005 and 2008.
