Frans Heuff

Frans Heuff is an experienced professional in service management and consultancy, with a distinguished career spanning multiple organizations. Notable positions include Senior Service Management Consultant at BT Professional Services from March 2004 to November 2018, and various roles at BT, Logica CMG, Brunel IT, and DICTU, where responsibilities encompassed service design, change management, project leadership, and process optimization. Heuff also contributed significantly to client onboarding processes and the implementation of ITIL practices.
