Wouter Pool

Wouter Pool has extensive experience in cyber security and IT project management, currently serving as Teammanager Cyber Security at DICTU since August 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing team quality, HRM, and financial aspects while being part of the management team focused on strategy and cyber security. Previous roles at DICTU include Programmamanager Integrale Beveiliging and Chief Product Owner for the Programmalijn Sturing en Verantwoording, leading significant organizational changes to align with the digital society. As Teamleider Projecten, Wouter led a diverse team of approximately 100 FTE, consisting of program managers, project leaders, solution architects, and ICT experts. Prior to DICTU, Wouter held various positions at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate from November 1998 to August 2012, and was the IT Network and System Administrator at AOC Groene Delta from 1993 to 1998.
