Lauren Rodebaugh

Lauren Rodebaugh has a strong background in marketing and media planning, beginning with experience as Wait Staff at Erickson Living from June 2014 to June 2019, where interaction with retirement community residents and food service were key responsibilities. Following this, Lauren worked at DiD Agency in various roles including Strategy Intern, Consultant, Summer Intern, and Junior Media Planner, ultimately becoming a Media Planner in May 2023. Additionally, engagement as a Marketing Representative for The Daily Collegian at Penn State from November 2019 to May 2021 involved co-leading the social media department to enhance brand awareness, while also contributing to student recruitment and brand management efforts. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Penn State University, achieving a GPA of 3.54.
