Robert Norton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert is currently working as a Senior Art Director at DiD Agency, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Digital Art Director at Thomas J. Paul, Inc., where they focused on creating creative concepts and executing UX/UI designs for regulated pharmaceutical clients. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Senior Art Director at VIVO Agency in 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Senior Art Director at The Navicor Group, leading design on the Incyte account for Oncology-focused marketing campaigns. In 2014, they held freelance positions as a Graphic Designer at The Creative Group and Razorfish Health. In the same year, they also worked as a Graphic Designer at EwingCole, developing marketing materials and portfolio brochures. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Regional Marketing Manager at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., overseeing branding, field marketing, and social media for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they worked as a District Marketing Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, where they developed and executed brand-building and volume-driving field marketing activations. Finally, from 2002 to 2008, they co-founded and served as the Creative Director of paper-street, a lifestyle marketing company specializing in guerrilla brand promotions and graphic design.
Robert Norton attended The Art Institutes from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising design. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained several certifications, including "Journey Mapping: Case Study in Action" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Evil by Design: Persuasion in UX" from LinkedIn in March 2021, and "Membership Certificate" from The Interaction Design Foundation in September 2020.
