Aaron Young is currently the Regional Head at 滴滴, overseeing the management and operations of multiple branches in Shenzhen, Jieyang, Nanning, Haikou, and Sanya. Previously, Aaron served as the Founder of JR AUTOMOTIVE LTD and held leadership roles including Assistant President at Regina Miracle and President of Supply Chain at NO.1 CAR. Aaron's experience also includes working as a Purchasing Buyer at Jaguar Land Rover and co-founding Kasvin Wines, where they focused on product awareness and staff development. Aaron earned a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
