Ajay Kaul

Ajay Kaul is an experienced marketing executive with a robust background in growth strategies and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Growth Marketing at DiDi, Ajay leads initiatives for expanding ride-hailing and food delivery services globally while also holding the position of Chief Executive Officer for DiDi USA. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, where Ajay drove customer acquisition through digital channels, and Director of Performance and Brand Marketing at Google, overseeing a large marketing team and achieving significant revenue growth. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Lenovo, Dell, and Sprint International, contributing to substantial improvements in marketing operations and performance. Ajay holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar.
