Dahe Yang

Dahe Yang, PhD, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of People Analytics and HRBP Head at DiDi since 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team to partner with executives and HR Business Partners to address data needs and produce workforce forecasts, predictive models, and HR metrics reports. Prior experience includes roles as Consulting Director at PwC, Workforce Analytics Lead at Advocate Health Care, and HR Analyst for Financial & Workforce Analytics at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Dahe Yang also held a Project Manager position in International Education at Weiming Kindergartens and Preschools and worked as a Researcher and Lab Coordinator at Tufts University, where significant studies in child development were conducted. Educational qualifications include a PhD and M.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and a B.S. in Psychology from Peking University.
