Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate General Manager at DiDi since May 2017. Prior to this role, Jacky held the position of Executive Director at GCS Capital (Hong Kong) Limited from May 2013 to March 2017, where involvement included significant private equity transactions in global financial institutions and the healthcare sector, such as the $1.65 billion acquisition of Russell Investments and development of Proton Treatment facilities in the US and China. Jacky also worked as Director at Orient ES Capital Group from October 2010 to February 2013, focusing on private equity transactions in the resources sector and managing investments in projects like the Thar Coalfield in Pakistan. Jacky holds an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
