Jonathan

Jonathan (Zhongnan) Ma is an accomplished software development and testing expert with extensive experience in autonomous driving and software integration. Currently serving as the Head of Onboard Platform at DiDi, Jonathan leads the development of an AD middleware system and manages engineering teams for ADAS software production. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Head of SW Integration Development at NIO, overseeing a team that developed middleware and software integration for a next-generation autonomous driving platform. Jonathan's career also includes entrepreneurial ventures in the gaming industry, creating a cross-platform game engine and publishing a mobile tower defense game. Earlier roles include Test Lead at Microsoft, where Jonathan managed the BizTalk product team in China, and positions at BexcomTaiji and Taiji Computer Inc., focusing on architecture design and software development. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
