Deepika Singh has worked for four companies in the past five years. In 2018, they were a Customer Service Representative at HCL Technologies, where they assisted customers in scheduling medical appointments and generated 30M INR profit based on 10K+ enrolments across preventive health solutions. In 2020, they joined Amazon as a Customer Care Associate, where they resolved 14K+ escalated customer complaints through chat, email and phone. Deepika also created and maintained weekly reports of customer satisfaction rate, One-time resolution rate and Net-promoter score.
