Hoai D. has seven years of work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Junior Marketing at Annam Group. The following year, they moved to Vietnam Communication Corporation as a Marketing Executive. In 2013, they joined Magestore as a Digital Marketing Executive. In 2015, they became a Digital Advertising Specialist at Starseed. In 2017, they worked as a Display & Programmatic Specialist at Pervorm. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Digital Marketing Freelance, Data Analyst, and Traffic Manager at dodigital.io. Most recently, they began working as a Product Data Analyst at Didomi in 2021.

Hoai D. has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the National Economics University (Vietnam), obtained in 2011. Hoai then obtained a Master's Degree in Project Management from IEMN-IAE in 2015. Hoai D. is currently enrolled in CEFIM, studying Data Analyst.
