Die Draw Ltd utilises the viscoelastic properties of tight-fit lining solutions to create one of the most reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly methods of rehabilitating pipelines within the water utilities market.

Primarily aimed at water transmission, wastewater and fire main installations, our process is unique to the pipeline rehabilitation industry. Our process offers industry-leading resolution times and offers quantifiable savings - in both cost and carbon reduction on known rehabilitation techniques. Die Draw Ltd provide all necessary design and engineering expertise required for installation of the optimum (thinnest) tight-fitting thermoplastic lining system possible for the specific application.

By “drawing” a tight fit liner through the existing pipeline, pipeline rehabilitation can be completed extremely quickly, with minimal disruption with one of the lowest carbon footprints in the industry. Our solution offers the lowest whole life cost - the savings created by using the Die Draw process will easily cover the cost of the design service. Furthermore, Die Draw Ltd solutions do not require the use of specialist contractors.

Liners designed by ourselves take into account all possible construction and installation factors, whilst providing the pipeline owner with a lining solution to withstand known operating parameters throughout the pipeline design life. Depending on the desired pipeline attributes, we are able to design either an independent fully-structural or an interactive semi-structural liner. Our designs are tailor-made for individual conditions and can be anything from SDR 11 to SDR 51 and all sizes in between
