Joël V. is the Head of Newsroom, Social Platforms and CommTech (AI) at die Mobiliar, where they optimize newsroom workflows and develop AI tools for corporate communications, including CommGPT. Joël co-founded cuemarc, a platform that empowers brands to understand how AI represents them. Previously, they served as a Digital Content Manager at Mila, and have extensive experience as a Radio Journalist. Joël has also held roles in digital brand management at Swisscom, focusing on enhancing online presence and social media governance. They earned various degrees, including a Bachelor's in Media Engineering and certifications in Digital Psychology and Behavioral Economics.
