Lynn Keene

Lynn Keene currently serves as a Talent Retention Specialist at Die Mobiliar, responsible for overseeing all university programs and being the topic owner for the internal Career Community, while also contributing to HR projects such as talent management. Previously, Lynn held the position of Fachspezialistin Recruiting & Sourcing, where key responsibilities included cross-departmental cooperation with internal leaders for recruitment needs, creating job profiles, defining competencies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Past experience includes roles as Assistentin Produktmanagement at WEKA Business Media AG and medical personnel in a COVID-19 vaccination center at Stadtspital Waid und Triemli, among others. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and has additional educational qualifications from Københavns Universitet, Berufsbildungszentrum Biel-Bienne, and Berner Berufsschule für medizinische Assistenzberufe.
