Michael Christen

Michael Christen currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Die Mobiliar since August 2023, while also holding several prominent positions including Member of the Board of Directors at Credit Exchange AG and Trianon SA, as well as a role on the Investment Committee for CFF since early 2025. Prior to these roles, Michael founded Quantula LLC and was a creator at SuperScript from 2018 to 2023. Extensive experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 2005 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing approximately CHF 35 billion in assets and acting as a member of the Executive Committee. Michael's career began in the late 1990s with internships and positions at the Swiss National Bank and Bank Leu, culminating in a deep expertise in financial analysis and investment management backed by advanced degrees in Economics and Business from the University of Basel, along with CFA and FRM certifications.
