Pascal Ruppen

Pascal Ruppen has extensive experience in IT leadership and project management, currently serving as a Value Stream Engineer (SAFe) and IT Director at Die Mobiliar since January 2011. Responsibilities include the modernization of non-life insurance core systems, organizational development, and digital transformation, overseeing four agile release trains with approximately 300 team members. Previous roles at Die Mobiliar included Solution Train Engineer and IT department head, focusing on agile implementation and IT modernization projects. Prior experience at RTC AG involved leading the IT development department and project management, while the career began at Swiss Olympic as a System Engineer. Pascal Ruppen holds an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen, a Master of Advanced Studies in Project Management from HWZ University, and a degree in Business Informatics from HES-SO Valais-Wallis.
