Roger S.

Roger S. is the Head of Quantitative Risk Management at Die Mobiliar, where they are responsible for monitoring, reporting, and model maintenance related to solvency, as well as overseeing ALM studies for pension schemes. Previously, Roger worked at Swiss Re from 1998 to 2000 as an Actuarial Analyst and held various positions at Winterthur Group, including Senior Actuary. Roger also led the Asset Liability Management department at Die Mobiliar from 2010 to 2013, establishing key frameworks for economic capital management. They have been studying at the ISS of the SAA since 2016.
