Simon Bärtschi is a Release Train Engineer at Die Mobiliar and a Fachoffizier with the Schweizer Armee, roles held since 2024. Previously, Simon served as a Scrum Master in various capacities at SBB CFF FFS from 2021 to 2023, focusing on the SBB Infrastruktur Portal and image portals. Simon also worked as a Professional Project Assistant, contributing to project infrastructure, communications, and Scrum events. They are currently pursuing a degree in User Centered Requirement Engineering at TI&M Academy. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Betriebsökonomie from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, awarded in 2023.
