Simone Schneuwly is an experienced HR leader with a significant background in personnel and leadership development. Since April 2016, Simone has served as the Leiterin Personal- und Führungsentwicklung at Die Mobiliar, overseeing a team of approximately 20 staff and driving strategic initiatives in human resources. With expertise in recruitment, performance management, and talent management, Simone has led various HR projects and contributed to the integration of external trends into learning and development offerings.
