Stephan Schmucki is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Director Market East and Lean Portfolio Manager for die Mobiliar since May 2012. Schmucki has a proven track record in aligning product, process, and service development with enterprise strategy, as well as in defining customer segment visions and implementing multi-year portfolio roadmaps utilizing the SAFe Cycle. Previously, Schmucki held leadership positions in strategy development for broker services and broker sales and underwriting. With a solid educational background including an Executive Diploma in Insurance Management from the University of St.Gallen and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from HWZ University, Schmucki has also participated in executive training at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
