Thomas Baumann

Thomas Baumann currently serves as Leiter Prozess Schaden and SAFe Product Manager at die Mobiliar, with additional roles including Teamleiter Prozess Schaden, Product Owner, and Business Analyst since January 2016. Prior to this, Thomas was Applikationsportfoliomanager and Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Vollzugsstelle für den Zivildienst ZIVI from October 2008 to December 2015. Thomas holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Bern and has pursued further education, including a CAS in Digital Business Development from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, a CAS in Business Administration from Berner Fachhochschule, and a program in Design Thinking for Digital Business Development at New York University.
