We see ourselves as passionate hosts, creating a space that connects people, fosters creative ideas, and embodies sustainable living. 🏡🌱

✨ Meeting Spaces: Cologne’s House of New Work. On two floors, you’ll find unique themed rooms for seminars, workshops, team meetings, and more. Forget the office routine while staying in the flow with modern conference technology!

✨ CaféBar: Styled like an urban shared apartment curated by four fictional flatmates. Beyond the four individual rooms, each decorated in their own style, there’s a large counter representing the WG kitchen and a cozy living room area for relaxing and socializing.

✨ Hostel: For a special living experience in Cologne’s creative center, the Belgian Quarter. Feel at home in one of our 16 individually designed rooms, each full of character and charming details.

✨ Theatre: The smallest stage with an international program. From Canadian indie gems to local singer-songwriters and established scene icons, we offer an intimate atmosphere perfect for subtle musical tones, literature, poetry, and shows. And some of the treasures we uncover… you’ll just have to catch in bigger halls next time.

Our heart beats for people, culture, and creating genuine spaces for connection. Everyone is welcome here. Come live with us.
