For over three decades, I've been driven by the thrill of manifesting great ideas into reality. My approach to design goes beyond creating experiences, products, or services—I design relationships dedicated to specific forms of value: social, civic, environmental, and financial.

Design is the bridge between purpose and value, with storytelling as the dynamic connector that inspires, scales, and adapts to change. By starting at the end and working backward, I help organizations align their purpose with measurable outcomes.

My expertise lies in directing design—of brands, systems, and campaigns—to achieve meaningful transformation. I work with organizations of all sizes—from innovative startups to global corporations, from industry disruptors to established leaders—connecting what brings people together with defined forms of value.

I thrive at the intersection of strategy, story, design systems, and culture, helping organizations overcome complexity through clarity of vision and alignment of mindsets. My framework, refined through years of cross-disciplinary practice and teaching at the graduate level, uniquely positions me to address today's challenge of scaling innovation with purpose and intent.

Connect with me to explore design that creates lasting value through relationship-centered transformation.
